Guidelines for Handling Order Related Issues

Written by McnEx-小M

If you encounter the following order-related issues while trading on the McnEx platform, please refer to the guidelines below for troubleshooting and solutions:

❶ Unfulfilled Orders

Reason:

If your set order price deviates significantly from the market price and cannot match existing pending orders from other users, your order will remain in the order book pending execution.

Solution:

Cancel the original order and reset a price closer to the market rate.

Alternatively, use a market order to increase the chance of immediate execution.

❷ Rejected Orders

Reason:

To ensure market fairness and user safety, McnEx enforces the following order rules:

Market orders are only matched against the top 10 tiers of pending prices.

Orders exceeding this range will be automatically rejected to prevent abnormal pricing and market manipulation.

❸ Why Do Spot Prices Differ From Contract Prices?

Source of Difference:

Spot and contracts are independent markets with distinct matching and settlement mechanisms.

Contract prices are affected by leverage multiples, funding rates, user positions, trading volume and other factors. Minor discrepancies between spot and contract prices are normal.

❹ Why Is My Executed Price Different? What Is “Spread”?

Reason:

When using a market order, the system automatically matches the best available real‑time market prices.

During periods of low liquidity or extreme volatility, the actual filled price may differ from the displayed market price. This gap is defined as the spread.

Example:

The listed BTC market price is 50,000 USDT.

A market buy for 3 BTC may be filled separately at 50,001 USDT, 50,079 USDT and 51,000 USDT, with an average execution price of 50,360 USDT.

In this case, the spread equals 360 USDT — the difference between the average filled price and the index price.
