How to check the address and tag when depositing coins?

If you own digital assets on other platforms or wallets (such as other cryptocurrency exchanges, hardware wallets, or software wallets) and wish to deposit them into McnEx for trading, you may use the deposit function. During the deposit process, all digital assets require a deposit address; some digital assets also require a Tag (also known as Memo).

How to check the deposit address and Tag/Memo? Please follow the steps below:

APP Steps

1. Open the McnEx App

2. Tap Assets → Deposit → On-Chain Deposit

3. Select the digital asset

Search for or directly tap the digital asset you want to deposit (such as USDT), then select the deposit network.

4. View and copy the address and Tag

If the token network you selected requires a Tag/Memo (usually a string of numbers), the system will remind you. You may view and copy the Deposit Address and Tag for the token.

Warm Tips

• Paste Address and Tag

After copying the address/Tag, open your other platform or wallet, select Withdraw, paste the address/Tag you copied from McnEx, fill in the required information as prompted, and confirm to complete the deposit.

• Select the Correct Deposit Network

When choosing a deposit network, please ensure the Withdrawal Network on your other exchange or wallet matches the deposit network on McnEx. Otherwise, your assets may be lost.

• Use of Tag

Not all tokens or networks require a Tag. Please follow actual conditions:

◦ If a Tag is required, you must fill in both the deposit address and Tag when depositing, otherwise assets will be lost.

◦ If no Tag is required, only the deposit address is needed.
