Important Security Reminder
Please enable Google Authenticator, and never disclose any of your passwords to anyone. McnEx official staff will never ask you for your password. Do not share account management with strangers. To strengthen your account security, please follow the instructions below.
1. Password Management
Use a strong, unique password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols, with no obvious patterns. Avoid personal information such as your name, email, birthday, or phone number.
You may also enhance security by changing your password regularly, using a completely different password each time.
Never share your password with anyone — McnEx official support will never request your password.
2. Enable Google Authenticator
1. Search for and install Google Authenticator on your mobile browser or app store (you may also download it directly within McnEx Security Settings – Google Authenticator).
2. Open the installed app, tap the + icon (top-right on iOS, bottom-right on Android), then copy and enter your McnEx key.
3. Once added successfully, you will receive a 6-digit time-based verification code. Enter it as prompted to complete setup.
3. Beware of Phishing and Fake McnEx Platforms

Do not click unknown links or register/download from incorrect URLs. Always verify you are on the official site.
